Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Tula, we believe that receiving your wellness essentials should be as seamless as your flow. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees or minimum order values required to qualify for free delivery.

2. Dispatch & Processing

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Operating Days: We ship packages from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Payment Confirmation: Since we currently accept prepaid orders via UPI/Bank Transfer, your order will be packed and dispatched immediately once we receive your payment screenshot or confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been dispatched from our Mumbai studio, the estimated delivery time is based on your location:

  • Mumbai & Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote/North East Areas: 7–10 business days. (Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive a notification via Email and WhatsApp containing your unique tracking link.
  • You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment with our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, or Xpressbees).

5. Failed Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will reach out to you to arrange a re-shipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Items While we take great care in packaging, if your package looks tampered with or damaged upon arrival:

  • Do not accept the delivery.
  • Take a photo of the package and reach out to us immediately at hello@tulamove.com or WhatsApp 9619549749.
  • We will investigate and dispatch a replacement immediately.
